Laura Merino

Account Director

Laura has more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications. She has a strong knowledge of media planning and buying, digital marketing, and content distribution, and she loves helping clients grow their businesses. For the last nine years, Laura has worked as a media director at agencies including Origin and Backbone Media, in the outdoor industry, where she was responsible for creating full-funnel strategies for a range of clients including Black Diamond Equipment, Outdoor Research, Sun Valley Ski Resort, and Taos Ski Valley. She has worked as an account director and senior strategist, developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies as well as content-distribution plans. Laura loves to help brands articulate their mission in order to build stronger customer relationships.

Laura is also board president of the 5Point Film Festival, a successful non-profit organization that brings the best adventure filmmakers, personalities, and enthusiasts together in Carbondale, Colorado, each spring.
